Who is responsible

What we collect on this website

• Server logs.When you visit, our web server records your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent. We use these logs to keep the service secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them after [14] days.
• Waitlist.If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the plan you picked, so we can tell you when access opens (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We don't send marketing beyond that. Ask us and we'll delete it.

We don't use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this website.

Account data

If you have an account, we store your email, a hashed password, and the data you add to the app (monitors, alert channels, check results and encrypted cluster credentials) for as long as your account exists. Logging in uses only strictly necessary cookies (your session and CSRF protection).

AI summaries

If you turn on AI cluster summaries, Monidori sends a snapshot of the cluster's state (node, pod, deployment and CronJob names and status, and recent warning events) to Anthropic PBC in the United States to generate the summary. Nothing is sent unless the feature is enabled.

Hosting

The website and app run on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
